Promotional video

This project was a promo video shot for a small campground along the Illinois River in Morris, Illinois. It was fun to navigate the trees in the camp and fly over the water to get the kayak video.

Park Progress

Butterfield Park District reclaimed property of what was once a gas station on the corner of Route 53 and Butterfield Road. Three aerial videos were released to share the progress with the public. This was the third video.

Solar panel glimpse

I took this short video I was so impressed with the solar panel and roof of Clarke in Roselle, Illinois. They didn't ask for it I just happened to have a few minutes and recorded it. Look at the water storage tank at the end of the roof on the ground that holds rainwater for their gardens!

Local news

Students of Willowbrook High School were allowed to participate in the March 14, 2018 National School Walkout during school hours. Almost 200 students chose to walk in support of the protest against gun violence across the United States.

Student project

The facility manager at Red Oak Nature Center was working on an advanced degree and asked me to help her with her class project. She supplied the subject and content. I flew the mission and edited the work.

Trial video

A construction company asked me to take a video of their building being built. Told them a drone would kick up all sorts of drywall dust. So I tried out my DJI Osmo handheld device with the DJI Z5 lens from my Inspire 1 Pro drone. It was an experiment in movement and lighting for me.
